"My name is Yoseph Chandra. I'm a Solutions Architect. I've been with Launchpad for five years now, in fact, I've been here since the beginning and I'm located in Vancouver, BC.

I get to work with skilled people, I get to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and I find that really fun.

They're really open about, hey, this is what's going on, this is how we're going to actually do this, Launchpad's really open about the situation and they make sure that everyone knows what's going on.

You also get to work with a lot of different cultures and a lot of people with different backgrounds, which doesn't really happen a lot. Here in Launchpad, you get to work with people from different regions, which means that it will actually give you a lot of different perspectives in professional and it will be really useful for your career as well."
