"My name is Ricardo Ianakiara. I live in Brazil, Bertioga, Sao Paulo and I've been working at Launchpad as a Salesforce developer for one year.

What I like about working at Launchpad is definitely the work life balance. I have around seven years (experience) working with Salesforce and I have (worked) many extra hours in my previous job. And here, I finally work healthily.

My biggest achievement at Launchpad was English communication. Launchpad has a good education reimbursement (fund) and that was so important to me and now I can talk to customers much better.
