We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team, especially to support the launch of a brand new solution offering to the market.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the development of marketing, branding and communications strategies and tactics to get the word out about Launchpad and drive qualified inbound traffic to our website and sales teams
  • Contribute and execute on the Launchpad business and employer value propositions. 
  • Responsible for creating exciting and engaging material for social media, blogs, newsletters, outbound email campaigns and case studies.  You will own the company’s presence across all social media channels and report on performance and success.
  • Produce relevant and engaging content for our website, social media, and blog focused on our target demographic groups
  • With intermediate graphic skills support internal and external marketing needs
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds effectively
  • Oversee, review, edit and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Plan, organize and manage company events
  • Work with the Sales team to drive visibility and engagement via lead lists, customer contact and referrals and conference and user group attendance and involvement. 
  • Other related business duties as may be assigned.


  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing profession, identifying target audiences and in developing and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate across several channels
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Experience in SEO optimization, including setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Familiar with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis 
  • Experience in using graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience in basic graphic design, demonstrating a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Experience in data analysis, creating spreadsheets, generating marketing reports
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience working in a team based on aggressive goals, disciplined adherence to marketing best practices and coaching to bring out the best in people
